When you call us for Appliance Repair, we follow a Protocol. Our Scheduling Office will obtain some important information such as Name, Phone, Address, Brand, Appliance Trouble, and they will verify the best time available to meet your own schedule. This is usually the same day. Our technicians call when they are on the way. Once at your home, we proceed with the Diagnostic. Each Tech uses an iPad with the prices established. This ensures you be treated equally and fairly. “No surprises, you obtain an estimate prior to your repair”. Our Parts and Labor are Warranted for 3 Months. If the quote does not validate or justify the repair, our Tech will explain the reasons and you only pay Service Call, Travel Time, and Diagnostic which is just $99.00. Remember this... Sometimes the diagnostic only takes 5 minutes, but may take several hours. This fee ($99.00) is FREE with any Appliance Repair. No hidden charges.
